Nieamputuj.pl is an educational application for patients with diabetes and Diabetic Foot Syndrome containing a preventive knowledge base on these diseases, and allowing to take photos of feet with wounds and save them in the application creating a history of entries regarding changes on the foot. The app also includes an education and training module available only to medical students. Access to information from the preventive knowledge base and diabetes information as well as archiving of photos and entries is free. The history of entries can be shown to the doctor directly from the app or from a generated PDF file.
